Aallooz.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual-property rights of all rights holders. Our platform hosts short “moments” (GIFs, clips, and stickers) from films, TV, music videos, sports, and other media for the purposes of commentary, education, research, and fan expression. We do not host or distribute full works.

We Don’t Own Movie/TV Moments

We do not claim ownership of any third-party movie, TV, or other copyrighted media shown on our platform. Copyright in those works remains with their respective owners (studios, labels, producers, distributors, etc.). Where available, we include source details (e.g., title, creators, links) in the item’s metadata to acknowledge original works and help users find legitimate access.

Non-Commercial Use Only

  • Content on Aallooz is provided for personal, educational, research, commentary, and non-commercial use.
  • Commercial use is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the rights holder. This includes use in ads, paid campaigns, sponsored posts, paid courses, apps, services, products, NFTs, merchandise, or any monetized distribution.

Nature of the Clips

  • Clips are short excerpts and/or reduced-resolution transformations (e.g., GIF/WebP loops, stickers) designed to be minimal portions of a larger work.

User-Generated Content

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or remix and for ensuring that their use is lawful and non-commercial.
  • We operate a notice-and-takedown process and may disable content and/or suspend accounts of repeat infringers.

Fair Use / Fair Dealing

Depending on jurisdiction, short, transformative excerpts used for commentary, education, research, criticism, parody, or news reporting may qualify as fair use/fair dealing. However, fair use is a legal standard evaluated case-by-case. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Source Labels & Credits

When known, we include source information (e.g., movie/series title, artists, platforms) in the item metadata. These attributions are informational and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the rights holders.

Content Removal

If you are a rights holder (or authorized agent) and believe material on Aallooz infringes your rights or is misused, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the identified content upon valid notice. Please use our DMCA Copyright Policy or contact us via Contact/Support with:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work;
  • Specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content;
  • Your statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.

On receipt of a valid notice, we act promptly and may notify the user for a response where appropriate.

No API / No Bulk Scraping

We do not offer public or private API access for copyrighted media, and we prohibit scraping or bulk downloading that could facilitate unauthorized use.

Reservation of Rights

We may update this page to reflect legal requirements or platform changes. Violations of this policy may result in content removal and account action.
