Is it free to use?
Yes. Browsing, posting, and downloading are free for everyone.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse, remix/edit or share anonymously. But signing up lets you manage uploads.
Favorites & Accounts
How do I add a GIF to my favorites?
Just click the ❤️ Heart icon on GIF to add it to your personal favorite list.
Where can I find my favorited GIFs?
To find your favorites, click on user icon at top left and in the dropdown you find the link to your favorite GIFs
Can I favorite GIFs without an account?
Yes — temporarily. They are stored in your browser using localStorage. But if you clear your browser or switch devices, they’ll disappear. For long-term saving, sign up for an account.
Can other users see my favorites?
No, your favorites are private and no other user can see them.
Uploads & Files
What files are supported?
You can upload ".gif" and ".mp4" and upload them to your profile .
Why won’t my file upload?
Ensure it’s under the allowed size of 10MB, is either a ".gif" or ".mp4" .
Remix Tool / Editor
What is the Remix Tool?
A powerful online editor that lets you create custom GIFs and video clips with full creative control.
What can I do in the editor?
- Trim: Select specific time sections of a video or GIF
- Crop & Resize: Adjust aspect ratios or focus areas (e.g. 1:1, 4:5, etc.)
- Add Text: Overlay captions in Impact, Arimo, and other fonts
- Add Stickers: Drag & drop stickers for fun and expression
- Apply Filters: Use effects like Rainbow, VHS, Groovy, Black & White
- Loop Types: Create Normal or Reverse loops
Can I download the edited file?
Yes — you can export to GIF, MP4, or WebP.
Can I upload my creation to Aallooz?
Yes! After editing, just click “Create and upload” to share it with the world. If logged in, it’ll appear in your channel and searchable sitewide.
