GIF Creation Best Practices

• Keep it short: 2–6 seconds is ideal
• Loop smoothly with no harsh cuts
• Use high contrast for mobile visibility
• Tag wisely to improve discoverability

How to Tag Your Content

While uploading or remixing, add up to 10 tags that describe your GIF: mood, topic, language, and keywords. These help people discover your creations.

Content Tagging Guidelines

• Use lowercase, no # needed
• Separate by commas
• Don’t use misleading or irrelevant tags
