Sign Up for an Aallooz Account
Click the Sign Up button at the top right or go to Signup. You’ll need a valid email address and a password. After registering, verify your email to unlock full features.
Change Your Aallooz Username
Once your account is created, your username cannot be changed directly. If you need to change it, please contact Support with your reason.
Delete Your Aallooz Account
Go to your Account setting to Delete Account. This will permanently remove your uploads, favorites, and profile data. This action cannot be undone.
Change Your Aallooz Password
Visit your Account setting and scroll to “Change Password” You’ll need to enter the new password twice.
My Account Was Compromised
If someone else is using your account or you can’t log in, immediately go to reset your password. If you no longer have access to your email, contact Support for assistance.
Troubleshoot Upload Failure
Check the following if your upload fails:
- File must be under the max size limit (usually 10MB)
- Supported upload formats: GIF, MP4 (in remix tool)
- Internet connection is stable
If it still fails, try refreshing and re-uploading or contact Support.
How to Delete a GIF You Uploaded
Go to your Collection list by clicking your avatar on top right and then select "Colleciton". Each GIF will have an “Edit” icon for any edit or for delete gifs. Click Delete and confirm the action. Deleted GIFs are removed permanently and will no longer be visible to others.
